The store is base on China. The price is quite cheap. About the quality, I was impressed with their notebook and stickers (score: 4/5). Unfortunately, the washi tape didn’t impress me, it was quite stretchy when I pulled it and for the rubber stamp, way smaller than I thought (maybe I didn’t check the description very detail).
